  5. Description:    tcpdump is a network monitoring tool that can read
  6.     packets from several types of interfaces. Those packets can
  7.     be stored to files in a special tcpdump or snoop (as found
  8.     on Solaris) format or they can be decoded directly on screen.
  9.     This release adds the snoop support and some bug fixes on
  10.     top of tcpdump version 3.0.3 for Linux and the general
  11.     release tcpdump 3.0.2. 
  12.     The original distribution was made by the Network Research Group 
  13.     of the Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory. The Linux port was done by 
  14.     Adam Caldwell.
